MACHEL HEWITT: For all of the praise Bromley’s unbeaten run has garnered, a win at home to Swindon would trump all of the attention and commendation. This is a genuine top-of-the-table clash as 1st take on 2nd. Dare we call it a six-pointer? 

ANDY HAMMOND: Tougher tests await Andy Woodman’s side, but putting points on the board against teams lower down the table is a must if Bromley are going to achieve their ambitions this season. Dare we say ‘just nine more wins’?

PETER ETHERINGTON: As the league’s in-form club, Bromley have a target on their back, but teams still don’t relish the prospect of facing them. If you’re not fully committed to fighting and winning relentless battles for 90 minutes, you will fall behind.

MACHEL HEWITT: Miles off the pace, the Ravens found themselves 2-0 down at the midway point, yet found enough Christmas spirit in the second half to claw their way to a win, secured in the dying embers by a Ben Thompson winner. 

MACHEL HEWITT: Watching the replay back, it is clear that neither official was up with play, so you have to assume their conversation went along the lines of: “Did you see it?” “Not clearly. Did you?” “Not clearly. Play on, no goal.”

MACHEL HEWITT: This performance was a perfect showcase of how Bromley can beat you in myriad ways. Overcoming a lacklustre first half, they found a way to score three goals from three different players and by three different means.

MACHEL HEWITT: Bromley were good value for 60 minutes, and Walsall probably should have been out of the game at half-time. That fact alone should give Bromley some positives to work from.

MACHEL HEWITT: This season, Andy Woodman has options on the bench that allow him to play multiple ways, but you still have to make the right changes at the right time. Against Barrow, he did that perfectly
