If you are a keen reader of From Bromley With Love or follow the social media handles, you will know that for the best part of six months, I have been agitating for Ben Krauhaus to come back to Hayes Lane on loan.
On the face of it, it might appear like a lazy piece of transfer musing; after all, who wouldn’t want the homegrown star on loan? But this was more than that.
Since moving to Brentford B at the end of the 2023/24 season, Ben has had a stop-start time. Arriving injured after his broken foot in the National League play-off semi-final, Ben had to play catch-up with his new teammates.
When he finally made his Brentford B bow, it wasn’t long before other niggly injuries began to hamper his progress.
