Bromley have completed the signing of defensive midfielder Kamil Conteh from Bristol Rovers for an undisclosed fee; he will wear the number 22 for the Ravens.
Conteh is Bromley’s first summer signing and one that is much needed, given that Andy Woodman’s side had just twelve first-team players prior to the midfielder’s arrival.
Born in Lambeth, the 23-year-old featured in Crystal Palace and Watford’s youth setups, making his professional debut for the Hornets in a 4-1 defeat to then Premier League side Leicester City in the third round of the FA Cup.
A short loan move to Braintree Town followed, with Conteh scoring his first senior goal against Hungerford Town.
